We are glad to be of service. However, before calling, please follow the checklist below to resolve the most common problems.
  • A - Verify cables:
    1. Ethernet cable is plugged into computer
    2. Power cable is plugged into antenna
    3. If all cables are plugged in correctly and you still have no connection, unplug power to antenna and router (if one is present) for approximately 10 seconds and plug back in. This should reset connection from your antenna to our access point. It may take up to one minute to associate.
